I was born and raised in Durham, NC. I am a proud Navy Veteran, having joined right out of high school serving in a P-3 Squadron in Barberspoint, Hawaii. I come from a background of over 25 years in Electronics/Telecommunications! I bring my attention to detail, engaging personality, honesty, integrity, and problem solving mindset to bear when working with agents and clients! I am a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management. My work in the Navy, Telecommunications, my education, and my personal real estate transactions have given me the skills and a unique insight into negotiations, confidentiality, training others and helping others reach their own goals. I believe I have a distinct listening skill as to what others are looking for and that makes me uniquely suited to serve clients and real estate agents in every aspect. Most of my favorite lifetime memories are shared with family/friends vacationing at the NC Coast. Some of the most lasting memories are in Emerald Isle, Morehead City, Wilmington, and the Outer Banks to name a few. Having recently purchased my second home in Emerald Isle, I will now have the opportunity to showcase my local market knowledge here in the Triangle/Triad and also help others find their perfect Coastal property too. I share our second home with my teenage daughter, Kynlee, and my three amazing pups, Knox, Cooper & Elsa. I am also a volunteer for Triangle Beagle Rescue of NC and enjoy helping find FURever homes for these babies!
